Why is my password no longer working?

Circle requires all users to reset their passwords every 90 days. Please reset your password to access your account. 

Primary account holder

Primary account holders are users who opened their Circle Account. These users are able to reset their password via the main login screen


Non-primary account holders

If you did not open the Circle Account you currently use, you are not the primary account holder. To reset your password, please reach out to Customer Care at customer-support@circle.com.
