How to use the fraud management allow and block list feature

After you're logged into your Circle Account, you'll have two different ways to add to your allow or block list.

 

First way:

For the first option, you'll need to navigate from the top menu to the Account tab. On the left hand side menu, click on Fraud Management

Once you're within the Fraud Management section, you can begin adding to your allow and block list manually. Please note that this is the only option for adding to your allow list.

Second way:

For an easier and quicker way to add to your block list, navigate to the Payments tab and simply click into the transaction you'd like to review. Once you're in the transaction you'd like to add to your block list, click the kebab menu in the upper right hand corner and select "Add entity to block list."

This option is recommended as it automatically creates multiple entries with one click, and the values from the parameters will be picked from the transaction directly.
