Changing your password from within your account:
Navigate to Settings > Personal Info
Type in your Current Password
Input your New Password
Confirm your New Password
You should receive an email confirmation that your password has successfully been set.
Changing your password if you've forgotten it:
If you are the primary account holder, meaning you were the individual who opened your Circle Account, you can reset your password from the login screen.
If you are not the primary account holder, you will need to reach out to the Customer Care Team at email@example.com.
Please note that new Circle Account customers will need to wait 48 hours before resetting their passwords. Customers are required to change their passwords every 90 days.
