How to add and remove users

Each approved Circle Account can add unlimited users.  

To add more users, navigate to the sidebar menu and select Settings. From within your settings, select Manage Users.

In this section, you'll be able to manage all the users in your account. Select Invite User to add a new user. 

You will choose whether the new user has an Administrator role or a Viewer role. You can learn more about the Viewer role HERE.

Once you fill out the brief form, an email will be sent to the user you invited to join your account. You will need to resend the invitation if they do not respond within 7 days. 

How to remove a user from the account:

To remove an existing user, navigate to Manage Users, hover over the user's profile and select Remove User. 

Once an email address has been added to a Circle Account, it cannot be used again.
