Verify your phone and email address

To use your newly created Circle Account, we need you to verify your email address and phone number.

Phone verification

We will text the number you provide with 6-digits; please enter these to verify your phone number and continue.

If you don’t receive a text message and have a mobile signal, there is an option to resend the text message. If you do not receive either message after 10 minutes, please contact our Support team by emailing customer-support@circle.com.

This phone number will now be used for two-factor authentication (2FA). You will be able to select an alternative 2FA method later in your settings.

Email verification

You will have received an email to the address you provided on account creation, with a link for you to verify your email address (please check your spam folder if you do not receive it). Please note that the link will expire in 7 days. 

If you do not receive an email, the landing page in the app provides an option to resend the email. If you still do not receive the email or the verification email link does not work, please contact our Support team at customer-support@circle.com.
