What is a virtual account number?

A virtual account number is a single, unique bank account number assigned to each of our customers and their end-users. This number is called your beneficiary number within your Circle Account. This number replaces the need to enter Circle’s unified omnibus number and tracking reference number when sending wires to Circle. So, instead of having to enter two separate numbers when wiring funds to Circle - domestic or international - now, you only have to enter one.

You will not need to request a virtual account number or beneficiary number. This number will already be automatically assigned to your Circle Account.

You can find your beneficiary number by logging into your Circle Account. Navigate from your home screen to Deposits->Wire Transfers->Select bank account. Your virtual account number is your beneficiary number.
